7. Cancellations & Refunds
● Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy (linked

● Certain services (SEO, ads, content already delivered, third-party costs) are
non-refundable.
8. Third-Party Services
● Some services may involve third-party tools, platforms, or providers (e.g., Google, Meta,
HubSpot).
● Socioset is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or issues caused by third-party
platforms.
● Clients must also comply with third-party terms when using such services.
9. Limitation of Liability
● Socioset provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
● We make no guarantees of specific results (e.g., #1 search ranking, sales volumes, ROI).
● To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socioset is not liable for:
○ Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
○ Third-party platform changes, downtime, or penalties.
○ Client’s misuse of services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Socioset, its employees, directors, and partners from
any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these
Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
● For clients in the USA, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
● For clients in the UK, these Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
● For clients in Pakistan, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic
of Pakistan.
● International clients agree to resolve disputes under the jurisdiction where Socioset is
formally engaged via contract.
12. Termination
● Socioset reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a user violates these
Terms.
● Clients remain liable for outstanding payments at the time of termination.
13. Changes to Terms
● Socioset may update these Terms at any time.
● Changes take effect once posted on our website.
● Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance.
